Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) Policy

Zero Tolerance Statement
Fellow has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) content. We are committed to protecting children and will take immediate action against any content, behavior, or users that violate this policy.
Prohibited Content and Conduct
The following are strictly prohibited on Fellow:
Sexual exploitation of minors - Any imagery, video, or content depicting minors in sexual situations
Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) - Any visual depiction of sexually explicit conduct involving a minor
Grooming behavior - Befriending or building emotional connections with minors for purposes of sexual abuse or exploitation
Solicitation - Requesting sexual content from or involving minors
Sexualization of minors - Content that sexualizes minors, including inappropriate comments about minors' bodies
Trafficking - Any content facilitating the trafficking or exploitation of minors
AI-generated CSAM - Synthetic or AI-generated sexual content depicting minors
Our Actions
When CSAE content is identified, we will:
Immediately remove the content
Permanently ban the account with no appeal
Report to NCMEC (National Center for Missing & Exploited Children) via the CyberTipline as required by U.S. law
Preserve evidence for law enforcement
Cooperate fully with law enforcement investigations

Age Requirements
Users must be at least 13 years old (or minimum age required in their jurisdiction)
We employ age verification measures during signup
Accounts suspected of being underage will be investigated and removed if confirmed
Detection and Prevention
We employ:
Hash-matching technology to detect known CSAM
Proactive content moderation
User reporting systems
Cooperation with industry coalitions (e.g., Tech Coalition, NCMEC)
Legal Compliance
This policy complies with:
U.S. federal law (18 U.S.C. § 2258A) requiring reporting to NCMEC
